Yes. We offer tiered discounts for committed multi-hire programmes. As a guide, 5+ permanent hires per year typically attracts a 2% reduction; 10+ attracts 4%. Speak to us for bespoke pricing on larger engagements.
For contingent placements we offer a sliding rebate: 100% in the first 30 days, 50% from 31–60 days, 25% from 61–90 days. Retained engagements include a 180-day rebate or free replacement at our discretion.
Our 15% margin is applied to the contractor's day rate. So if a contractor earns £600/day, your charge rate would be £690/day. The margin covers our service, compliance, payroll administration, employer's NI (where applicable) and indemnity insurance.
Yes. We are an approved supplier on multiple Crown Commercial Service frameworks including RM6277 Non-Clinical Temporary & Fixed Term Staff and RM6160 Public Sector Resourcing. Direct award is available where eligible.
