Pricing Questions, Answered

Are your fees negotiable for multi-hire projects?

Yes. We offer tiered discounts for committed multi-hire programmes. As a guide, 5+ permanent hires per year typically attracts a 2% reduction; 10+ attracts 4%. Speak to us for bespoke pricing on larger engagements.

What is your rebate policy?

For contingent placements we offer a sliding rebate: 100% in the first 30 days, 50% from 31–60 days, 25% from 61–90 days. Retained engagements include a 180-day rebate or free replacement at our discretion.

How do contract margins work?

Our 15% margin is applied to the contractor's day rate. So if a contractor earns £600/day, your charge rate would be £690/day. The margin covers our service, compliance, payroll administration, employer's NI (where applicable) and indemnity insurance.

Are you on any government frameworks?

Yes. We are an approved supplier on multiple Crown Commercial Service frameworks including RM6277 Non-Clinical Temporary & Fixed Term Staff and RM6160 Public Sector Resourcing. Direct award is available where eligible.

Do you handle IR35 status determinations?

We support clients through the SDS process by providing role-by-role guidance based on working practice information you provide. We strongly recommend independent assessment for borderline cases and have partnerships with leading IR35 specialists.
